Terms and Conditions M9Bet – Read Before Playing

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use m9bet's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

1. You are aged at least 18 years old on the registration date. M9bet strictly prohibits participation by anyone who has not reached the legal age.
2. You register in your own name and are not representing a third party or using a false identity.
3. You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
4. You are not on the list of persons excluded from gambling through any legitimate self-exclusion program.
5. You use your m9bet account for personal and not commercial purposes.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at m9bet. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. m9bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Documents that may be required include an identity card, passport, bank statement, and proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

2Account Rules and User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your m9bet account. This includes:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential.
• Ensure that no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notify m9bet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that the personal information in your profile is always accurate and up to date.

M9bet will not be responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by others due to your negligence in safeguarding login credentials.

3Deposit and Withdrawal

All financial transactions at m9bet are subject to established policies and procedures. The following are important points you need to know:

Deposit: Minimum deposit is RM 30. m9bet accepts deposits via various methods including online banking from Malaysian local banks and supported e-wallets. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account shortly after the transaction is confirmed.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 minutes for regular members and under 1 minute for VIP Gold members and above. All withdrawals are processed to the same bank account registered in your profile.

KYC for Withdrawal: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard security measure to protect all parties. Once KYC is complete, subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically.

• M9bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review purposes if necessary.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Funds in the account do not accrue interest.
• M9bet is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Terms

M9bet offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. General provisions that apply to all promotions are as follows:

• Each promotion has a validity period that is clearly stated. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• The rollover requirement must be met before any wins from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• M9bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

5Game Rules

All games available at m9bet are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game developers. m9bet uses independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, m9bet's decision is final. Should a technical error or disruption occur while a game is in progress:

• M9bet reserves the right to void the bets involved and refund the stake to the player.
• Winnings resulting from technical or system errors are invalid and may be voided.
• Players are advised to save screenshots or evidence of any technical issues encountered for review purposes.

M9bet is not responsible for any losses that occur due to internet disruptions on the player's side, device failures, or circumstances beyond control that disrupt the gaming session.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the m9bet platform and may result in immediate action including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering multiple accounts to gain an advantage from promotions.
• Using any form of bot, automated software, or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Sharing accounts with others or using an account on behalf of someone else.
• Spreading false or misleading information to m9bet or other members.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the m9bet platform.

7Privacy and Data Protection

M9bet takes seriously the privacy and security of all members' personal data. All personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy which can be read on the Privacy Policy.

In short, m9bet only uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification.
• Processing of financial transactions.
• Communications related to services, promotions and platform updates.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• User experience improvement and product development.

All data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8Limitation of Liability

M9bet provides an online gambling platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will be completely free from disruptions, errors or technical defects.

M9bet will not be responsible for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from platform use.
• Losses arising from third-party service failures or disruptions.
• Any losses caused by factors beyond m9bet's control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or internet service disruptions.
• Game results deemed unfair but verified by certified RNG systems.

9Account Suspension and Closure

M9bet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspicion of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

If an account is closed on legitimate grounds with no violations, any remaining balance will be returned to the member via the standard withdrawal procedure once the security review is complete. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, m9bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances and wins in that account.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting m9bet support team. Closure requests will be processed within 3 working days.

10Amendment of Terms and Conditions

M9bet reserves the right to modify, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time without obtaining prior consent from members. Any amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the m9bet website.

M9bet will endeavor to notify members of material amendments via in-app notifications or registered email. However, the responsibility to check and understand the latest terms rests with the member.

Continued use of the m9bet platform after any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
